Fill out this form for any appeals you may have such as if you are unable to attend a General Membership Meeting, cannot attend an event, or any other concerns. For the General Membership Meeting Appeals you must fill this out by the 3rd day afterwards or it will not be considered. Email the filled out form to the Glen Ridge Girls' Club email.
Please use this form to request credit for up to 8 hours of community service you participated in outside of the Girls’ Club. Credit will be given only for community service organizations. Volunteering for team sports, fundraisers or other school activities will not be approved for outside service hours.
If you are a graduating senior, fill out this form if you would like to be considered for the Glen Ridge Girls' Club Scholarship. Applicants must submit a physical copy of this form to the GRHS Guidance Office by April 21, 2025 to be considered for the scholarship. Applications will not be accepted directly from members.
