Please use this form to request credit community service you participated in outside of the Girls’ Club. Only Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores can submit a request. Please see the guiding principles document for more information. Credit will be given only for community service organizations. Volunteering for team sports, fundraisers or other school activities will not be approved.

If you are a graduating senior, fill out this form if you would like to be considered for the Glen Ridge Girls' Club Scholarship. Applicants must submit a physical copy of this form to the GRHS Guidance Office by April 21, 2025 to be considered for the scholarship. Applications will not be accepted directly from members.
