Fill out this form for any appeals you may have such as if you are unable to attend a General Membership Meeting, cannot attend an event, or any other concerns. For the General Membership Meeting Appeals you must fill this out by the 3rd day afterwards or it will not be considered. Email the filled out form the the Glen Ridge Girls' Club email.
